Las Villas Excursion (Seafront)
In the same town, the tourist can get to know the historical and monument heritage with two interesting excursions, Infierno (Hell) and Corte Celestial (Heavenly Court), which allows you to discover truly charming houses of different architectural styles, like modernism, classicism, rationalism or Victorian.

Diving is one of the most popular activities. You can do it in different places, like the beaches or in the beautiful Columbretes Islands.

Benicassim offers multiple natural locations for excursions. For example, adventure sports are popular in the Palmas Natural Desert Park which hides lush mountains, ruins of historical interest and look-out points with views of the Mediterranean Sea.

Whether in the beaches or the nearby ports, aquatic sports like windsurfing, catamaran, canoeing, water-skiing, sailing, nautical excursions etc. are carried out. Also, you can rent boats to go deep into the sea.

Hot-air ballooning, paragliding, parachuting, hang-gliding etc. are carried out in the Grao de Castellón Aerodrome.

It is one of the biggest aquatic parks in Spain, measuring 45,000 square metres in size with a total of 16 aquatic attractions of all kinds: Río Aventura (Adventure River), the Black Hole, el Sacacorchos (The Corkscrew), los Enrollados (the Twisted), los Kamikazes, las Dunas Surf (the Surf Dunes), la Jungla (the Jungle), las Mini-Dunas (the Mini-Dunes), the new Los Lagos (The Lakes) relaxation area, Space Shot etc…

Underground caves in Vall d’Uxó
In this beautiful town are the natural San José Caves, through which the San José River runs 2,750 metres in length and is part of the Catálogo Mundial de Grandes Cavidades (Catalogue of Large Cavities Worldwide). It also offers archaeological excavations with a chronological site more than 15,000 years old and several cave paintings. In relation to the underground river, it is surrounded by nature and you can sail on it.
Peñíscola
It is one of the most beautiful towns in the Azahar Coast, with several beaches and interesting monuments in its old quarters. It is surrounded by medieval walls that give it a special charm.
Oropesa de Mar
The nautical sports are one of the attractions of this town, as well as its activities, Mediterranean festivals and a varied marine cuisine.
Segorbe
It possesses a Historical/Artistic Collection that is declared of Cultural Interest.
HistoricalMorella
With a largely historic past, it conserves 2,500 metres of the town walls which date back to the 14th century with six gates and fourteen towers of which the most important are the San Miguel Towers and the San Mateo Gate. It is worth mentioning its medieval centre, the ancestral homes and its City Hall, being a beautiful Gothic structure.

FIB Benicassim International Festival
It is one of the most important festivals of the Spanish territory which gathers soloists and bands of the national and international, indie and independent music scene. It also holds theatres performances, summer courses, fashion, art etc… It is celebrated in July.
Benicassim Blues
It is a new festival where the blues is the obvious protagonist. It is free and is celebrated in different city locations, like on Calle Santo Tomás or Plaza de la Estación.
Reggae Rototom Festival
It is Europe’s largest gathering of Reggae music. The activities occur simultaneously: gatherings, movies, documentaries, photographic and art exhibitions, percussion instrument courses, African dance, capoeira etc…
Costa de Fuego Festival
In this gathering the best rock and metal music is performed over two days presenting the performances of more than 50 bands on three different stages.
Francisco Tárrega International Guitar Competition
This competition is dedicated to the composer Francisco Tárrega and revolves around the works of classic guitar music. It is celebrated on the first week of September.
